  • Ensure you have the correct outbound audio source selected. If you have headphones plugged in and it's trying to output through a TV or monitor, you may hear no sound.

  • If you're wearing headphones that can adjust the audio through the headphones themselves, check that you didn't accidentally turn the volume all the way down.
