Transfer Troubleshooting Tips

Make sure you select your transfer world carefully. All server transfers are final.

If you're having trouble transferring, make sure you:

  1. Leave your company: Press G and then Leave Company.

  2. Cancel your market orders, both Buy and Sell: Go to the trading post and select My Orders tab. Select an order from the Active Orders tab and Confirm cancel order. Select Completed & Expired and Retrieve any expired orders.

  3. Aren't trying to move your character to a full world.

  4. Aren't trying to move your character to a world in maintenance.

  5. Aren't trying to move your character to a world set that you have an existing character in already.
