Report a Player or Guild

Please follow these directions to report a player or guild for cheating, harassment, or otherwise violating the Code of Conduct while playing Lost Ark.

Report a Player or Guild In-Game

In-game reporting is easy. You can report players or guilds without leaving the game, and quickly capture the offensive message you want to report. To file an in-game report, follow these steps:

To report a player or guild:

  1. Press CTRL + Right Mouse Button (RMB) on either a player, or a player's name in chat.

  2. Select Report, then select a reason.

  3. Provide the player's character name, details of the incident, and include screenshots when applicable. For guild reports, make sure to include the guild name.

Note: To report a guild, report a player in the guild and state you're reporting the guild.
