Character Storage Process

• During Server Merges, Region Merges, or special events (example: Ignite Server Transfers), characters are sent to new servers.

• When there are open or available slots on the new servers, the sent character will take up one of those slots.

  • When character slots are full or unavailable, the incoming characters will be sent to the Universal Storage.

• Characters can be moved out of the Universal Storage to play with.

• The Universal Storage is not intended to be an all-character storage system.

Transfer Requirements

To move a character in and out of Universal Storage, a character may need to:

• Have come from another server (Server Merge, Ignite, etc)

• Have characters remaining in the Universal Storage to swap with

• Have no open slots left on the server

Other restrictions may be added or changed as gameplay updates. Characters moved out of the Universal Storage may not be able to move back in - depending on the circumstances of your roster. Character slot extensions are available for purchase as a more permanent solution to the Universal Storage.
